Service bookings are made through our contact form or by phone. A booking is confirmed only after we send written confirmation. We require a deposit for certain services, as communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of any deposit paid
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may forfeit the deposit
- No-shows will be charged the full session fee
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances
Client Responsibilities

- Ensure safe access to your home for our organizers
- Be present during organizing sessions unless otherwise arranged
- Make final decisions about items to keep, donate, or discard
