Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with our organizing services, please let us know during or immediately after the session. We will work with you to address your concerns and find a solution. Our organizers are trained to adapt their approach to meet your specific needs and preferences.

Cancellation Policy

In-Home Sessions

  • More than 48 hours notice: Full refund of any deposit paid
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% of the deposit may be retained
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Deposit may be forfeited
  • No-show: Full session fee will be charged

Virtual Consultations

  • More than 24 hours notice: Full refund
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Session may be rescheduled once without penalty
  • No-show: Full consultation fee will be charged

Package Bookings

For multi-session packages (such as the Whole Home Package):

  • Cancellation before the first session: Full refund minus administrative fee
  • Cancellation after sessions have begun: Prorated refund for unused sessions
  • Sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase
  • Sessions are non-transferable to other clients

Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if you provide at least 24 hours notice. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new time.

Weather and Emergencies

In cases of severe weather conditions or emergencies that prevent safe travel, either party may reschedule without penalty. We will work together to find a suitable alternative date.

Items Donated or Discarded

Please note that once items have been removed from your home for donation or disposal as part of our organizing service, they cannot be retrieved. Our organizers will always seek your confirmation before removing any items. We recommend taking time to consider your decisions during the sorting process.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method. If you paid by bank transfer, we will need your account details to process the refund.

Our Commitment to Quality

If you feel that our service did not meet the standards described on our website, please contact us within 7 days of your session. We will review your feedback and work with you to address your concerns. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

  • A follow-up session at no additional cost
  • Partial or full refund, subject to our review
  • Alternative solutions to address your concerns
